Boiler Installs
Boiler is a vital part of the home, providing heating and hot water throughout the house. With a typical boiler life span of around 12 years and the fact that gas boilers constitute between 50 - 60 percent of house hold expenditure on energy bills. It is clear to see a new A rate boiler will make a huge difference on your energy bills, saving approximately £600 a year on your energy bills
All of our boilers are supplied and fitted at a fixed prices so there are no hidden cost. Any extra cost that could occur during Install will be discussed with the customer first before the work in undertaken.

Gas Safety Certificates
Landlord gas safety check (CP12) certificate is issued to our Gas safe Engineer to you prove that a landlord has met their legal obligation to have safety checks carried out on all of the gas equipment in their rented property. If poorly installed and maintained, gas appliances can be dangerous, which is why it’s so important a qualified engineer checks them at least annually.
Landlords are responsible for the maintenance and repair of flues, appliances and pipework which they own and have provided for use by renters. All servicing MUST be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Landlords are responsible for ensuring that an annual gas safety check is carried out within 12 months of the installation of a new appliance or flue, which you provide and annually thereafter by a Gas Safe registered Gas Engineer .
A copy of the safety check has to be kept for two years, and a copy issued to the current tenant within 28 days of the check being finished and a copy issued to any new tenants before they move in.
