Workmanship Guarantee

We provide a 12-month guarantee on the majority of our workmanship to give you peace of mind.
Our tradespeople work to the highest standards, and while we strive for complete satisfaction, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. In such rare cases, we will return to inspect and rectify the issue at no additional cost.

Please note:
Due to the nature of certain work—such as drain blockages—we are unable to offer the 12-month labour guarantee. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on your invoice. If you have any questions, our friendly team is always happy to assist.

Materials & Parts

All materials and parts supplied by RS Plumbing and Heating are typically covered by manufacturer guarantees or warranties rather than our own.

These warranties usually cover repair or replacement of defective items within a set time period—commonly 12 months, though this can vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
Guarantees are enforceable by law and information on how to make a claim should be provided at the time of purchase (e.g., on packaging, receipts, or documentation).
These are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Boiler Warranties

We recommend and install leading boiler brands such as Ideal, Worcester Bosch, and Vaillant, many of which offer exclusive warranties of up to 12 years.

Our team will manage:

• Warranty registration
• Aftercare services
• Annual maintenance
• Gas safety checks
